Programme Overview
Introduction
As part of our commitment to support you during this time of great change, FMA has invested in a democratised coaching programme to offer everyone in the organisation access to expert leadership development, career and well-being support.
Building on a successful pilot with our managers in mid-2021, this ongoing, open-access programme began in December 2021. You are warmly invited to take advantage of as many coaching sessions as you find valuable.
Even if coaching is new for you, we encourage you to experiment by giving this opportunity to invest in your own ongoing development a try.
How to access coaching
To participate in this coaching programme, simply visit fma.coach and use the online calendar to schedule a session time that works best for you. After scheduling, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Microsoft Teams link you can click at the scheduled time to connect with your coach online/virtually wherever you are.
Confidentiality
All of the coaches in this programme are professionally trained and qualified, adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics, and will treat the information you share in your coaching conversations as confidential.
To help us evaluate the value of and understand demand for the programme we have requested an evaluation report at the midpoint and end of each year. For this, you can rest assured that the names of programme participants will be withheld and only aggregated data of trends coming out of the coaching sessions will be shared with FMA’s L&D Team.
If a situation arises where a coach believes that a person is at risk and that it is necessary to share specific information with someone outside the coaching session, they will ask permission first.
